October 2, 2019 (St. Paul, Oregon) - Cindy Schonholtz is the General Manager of the largest 4th of July rodeo, the St. Paul Rodeo in the small town of St. Paul, Oregon. An amazing speaker, she has worked with a variety of groups such as 20 years with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, former Executive Director of the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund, worked with drug testing for the canine contestants of the Iditarod in Alaska, Ringling Brothers Circus, Sea World and more!

She breaks down some of the issues with turnout problems in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Associations, what it’s like to host one of the biggest PRCA rodeo’s in the world on the Fourth of July - the St. Paul Rodeo, as well as youth development opportunities with the Northwest Youth Rodeo Association, PRCA clinics and more.

There is just so much that Cindy has to share for the advancement of rodeo and the western way of life in the form of policy, animal welfare awareness and knowledge, ambassadorship, and marketing. We are so thankful that we got the opportunity to sit down and chat with her - you won’t want to miss this episode!

Kati Jo is a successful high school and college rodeo and 4-H barrel racer in the state of Louisiana and currently resides on the Miss Rodeo Louisiana board and volunteers at nationally recognized jackpot events in her area.
