This first bonus question wasn’t really a part of the traditional round quiz, but was simply built out of curiosity based off of a tweet we saw about mules in the NFR. We had to ask the followers, what events they thought they’d be most likely to see a mule competing in at the finals. The options were as a pick up horse, team roping, barrel racing, or steer wrestling.
While a pick-up mule won, we had to laugh because of a video that Katie Schrock had created in an internship in college about Matt & Molly Twitchell and Gary Rempel. Matt would actually go on to win the first ever award for pick-up man of the year in 2016. You can watch that video HERE.

If you’re paying attention to anything in the barrel racing this NFR, then you already know that Emily Miler is setting the world on fire with her use of rubber bands. All of the other barrel racers are joining in with the jokes but nothing’s more humorous than the plethora of memes that have come forth!
